Updated 28 September 2026. This notice covers the Omnistacked marketing website and its contact form. Product-specific data handling is addressed separately during onboarding.

What you share

The contact form asks for your name, email, and product interest. Company and message are optional. We also record the originating site page, enquiry time, and campaign source, medium, and name when present. Please don’t include passwords, sensitive personal information, or customer records in your message.

How we use it

We use these details to respond, arrange a demo, discuss your requirements, and manage the resulting conversation. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Services involved

Cloudflare hosts the website and stores enquiries in its D1 database. Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated submissions. Google Chat receives internal alerts containing your name, email, company if provided, product interest, originating site page, and enquiry reference so our team can follow up. Your message and campaign details are not included in these alerts. These providers process information needed to provide their services.

Website measurement

When enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics measures website traffic and performance. We do not send the name, email, or message from your enquiry to website analytics. Campaign details attached to an enquiry help us understand which content leads to conversations.

Retention and your choices

We keep enquiry records and related correspondence while handling your request and any resulting business relationship, subject to applicable record-keeping needs. You can ask us to correct or delete your enquiry information, or stop contacting you, by emailing sales@omnistacked.com.
